Maybrook is a clean well-run facility conveniently located to both the supermarket and train station.

Maybrook’s by far the best place to live. The staff is amazing and living here is a pleasure! I would recommend Maybrook to anyone

Greystar has done a better job than the previous mgt. There are still some issues like the fire alarm system and the power going off too often. Plus the garage leaking every time it rains. Residents pay to park in the garage which isn't really acting like a garage. Dirty walls or damaged walls are still an issue.

Regarding the fire alarm system, the alarms are triggered by actual system notifications to ensure the safety of residents and the building. While they can sometimes be inconvenient, they are an important part of maintaining a safe community. As for power outages, our community spans approximately 36 acres and during severe wind or rain storms power interruptions can occasionally occur, unfortunately this is outside of management’s control. We appreciate you bringing the garage to our attention, our team will review your concerns to determine what improvements can be made. I have enjoyed living here. The management is lovely and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. It's a very warm community with a lot to do! Best of all, easy access to the city with a short walk to the train!
