Welcome Visiting Scholars to Your Private Furnished Bedroom in Shared House, Utilities Included.

AVAILABLE MAY 2026. This is a furnished, shared row house with three bedrooms and one and one-half bathrooms. Visiting International Scholars are welcome.
You'll have your own private bedroom and a shared bathroom on the second floor. The first floor... is a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. The shared finished basement has a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a half bath.
Shared house means shared cleanliness. You must clean up after yourself when you are done cooking and eating. No dirty dishes in the sink!
Owner lives one block away and will come and let you in if you accidentally lock yourself out. International scholars are welcome. Pickup and drop-off to the airport are provided.
Baltimore Avenue with the 34 Trolley line, which goes directly to UPenn and Drexel, are two blocks away. Bike lanes on Baltimore Avenue make this a great location for biking to the universities. Shopping center close by, convenience stores, pizza or Chinese takeout on nearly every corner. Owner drives everyone to the grocery store every other weekend.
