Homeowner and two roommates looking for a fourth to share our spacious Victorian home in Cedar Park. We are three quiet, tidy, and... thoughtful young professionals/artists in our 30s looking for a housemate who will enjoy and care for our home as much as we do!


The room is cozy and sunlit at the quiet back of the house. You will share a second-floor bathroom and a large, newly renovated kitchen with one other housemate. Room rental also includes shared use of entire first floor -- living room, dining room, laundry room, and front porch and rear garden -- are shared by all. Homeowner and their partner make their home on the third floor with a separate bath, kitchen and one cute cat.
