Additional storage is available in our basement area. Laundry room is open 24 hours. Our roof deck has awesome views of the city.
Rent is $ 1,595 per month including all utilities, which is significantly less expensive than studios in other buildings around the Square that don't even have a view of the park.
Ideal for graduate students or faculty who need a quiet and secure home. Front desk personnel provide your 24-hour security. Landlord lives in the building and is always available for assistance. He will allow you to talk to past occupants of this unit who will speak of his excellent cooperation with tenants' requests.
