Rent a room in our family home

This is our family home. We rent out to one or two rooms to individual graduate students. At this time we have one room available. One on 1/26/2026. Roomers may use all common areas, including kitchen, tv's, and porches. All utilities are included... except for excessive use that significantly raises bills. We have two cats. The block has easy parking and the 13 trolley on the corner goes directly to campus and center city. The Penn bus and shuttle provide free transportation.We are a good choice for serious students who want a friendly but quiet home.
