Please note, this property is 3.7 km (2.3 miles) from campus. Some like to walk, some like to bike, some take the trolley. The Baltimore Avenue Trolley stop is around the corner, along with Baltimore Avenue... bike lanes.

This shared house ideal for CIS majors. Your housemates will be Phil Heenan, an electrical engineer who hails from Adelaide, Australia, and Thomas, a masters-level School of Engineering and Sciences student from California. Thomas has a B.S. in Statistical Data Analysis and is pursuing a Masters in both Computer and Information Technology as well as Data Science. He also likes to play volleyball. Phil runs Pathfinder Strategic Services, an independent non-profit organization, from home. Phil likes to play tennis.

Now that you've read about us, INTRODUCE YOURSELF!

You'll have your own private bedroom furnished with bed, dresser and desk, and share the bathroom on the second floor. The shared first floor includes an enclosed porch (great place to park your bicycle), living room, dining room, kitchen, and sunny breakfast room. Phil will make sure you wash your dishes right away and keep the common areas clean. The house really is as clean as you see in the pictures. Shared basement houses a washer & dryer, a second full bathroom, and storage space. Rent covers all utilities including wi-fi.

Baltimore Avenue #34 Trolley is two blocks away, as is a shopping center with grocery store, donuts, KFC and take-out Chinese. Also two blocks away, Cobbs Creek park with biking/hiking trail, tennis and basketball courts, and a skating rink.
Shared ride to Aldi every other week. That's Phil and Yolmita in the photo. Yolmita is one of dozens of Fulbright Scholars who have roomed with us.
