Love My Home!

I have been at Lynnewood Gardens for 12 years. The property is well kept. The staff beginning with Leasing to Maintenance and Resident Services are attentive to our concerns. The amenity fee covers many amenities such as the pool, gym, pet spa etc.
If you are looking for a nice, homey place to live, close to shopping and schools, this is the place.

This place is way overpriced for what you are getting. There is a huge bug problem- specifically lots of house centipedes. there were roaches everywhere and the bathroom toilet keeps clogging no matter how many times the tech comes out to fix. Horrible experience overall. Don't waste your time.

Disgusting Environment

Moving out was horrible, we left due to bugs, cockroaches primarily. The exterminator said that no activity was found. However, we found dead cockroaches under the couch, cabinets, holes in our food bags like rice and pasta. which were double sealed with ziplocks.

Avoid Lynnewood Gardens if you can. Cars get broken into very often here because security sucks, rent is ridiculous. There’s barely ever parking in my lot (half the cars there don’t belong to residents). Maintenance team is good but there is much that Lynnewood offers. Located in Cheltenham which is the hood
