Homeowner and two roommates looking for a fourth to share our spacious Victorian home in Cedar Park. We are three quiet, tidy, and thoughtful young professionals/artists in our 30s looking for a housemate who will enjoy and care for our home as much... as we do! July or Aug move in.
The room is large (15x16, ~250ft2) with a full wall of closets, large windows with afternoon light, an original wooden mantelpiece built, and a private turret. It’s the prettiest room in the house! You will share a second-floor bathroom and a large, newly renovated kitchen with one other housemate. Room rental also includes shared use of entire first floor -- living room, dining room, laundry room, and front porch and rear garden -- are shared by all. Homeowner and their partner make their home on the third floor with a separate bath, kitchen and one cute cat.
