What's good: Nice view, quiet space, plenty of storage
What's bad: long wait time for elevators, very high mark-up if you get beverages from the vending machine.

Great amenities and timely response with maintenance requests. 4 stars, not 5, because sometimes lines and wait times form for the elevator are long.

The apartment was given to me dirty. Maintenance is super nice. Noise from outside (especially if facing the pool) and the hallway is loud, but you can't hear neighbors.
