The location is incredible, but the property is poorly kept (month long delays on repairs, mold, amenities in disrepair), nickel-and-dimes everything, and relies on an out of state billing company to handle utilities, meaning that we are all overcharged, have to advocate to correct errors on every bill, and there is no accountability.

I was shown a video of what my unit looks like before I signed the lease. Move in day, the unit looks completely different. My unit had no counter space even though in the video there was. My wifi also did not work for the first month but was still charged $65 for the month. The gate to get into the complex has been broken, and the door to my building has been left open and does not feel safe or secure.

Love the big windows and natural lighting. The pools are great. Room is very spacious. I like that there’s a lot of greens around the apartment to picnic on.
