The facilities and apartment are great and we love them along with our neighbors, but it always feels like a struggle to reach the office to ask questions. My vehicle was hit in the parking lot over night and I called and left a message for the office with no call back. That seems to always be the case for the front office here.

Move in process was simple and employees were helpful. If you’re looking for privacy and security, Alden park is the place to live. A gate to get in and out of the entrance, fobs for every door and security 24/7.

My rental agent, Jamira is very professional, helpful & nice. The move in was good. I love the amenities. Was thrown off by the access gates being torn down by someone on my first day in my new apartment complex. It was a relief to see they fixed it a couple of days later.

Comfortable and safe community, incredible amenities. Beautiful campus
But with a pretty big price tag. The rent is pretty reasonable, but many additional fees get added on (key fob, amenities (non optional), separate utilities but with a flat fee, etc) that get added on.

They have a beautiful community but due to its large property size, depending on where you live, you may think it's a little far. Each building has its own gym, and they have various pool options.
