The yard is absolutely beautiful with large mature trees, lots of leafy flowering trees, beautiful shrubs, and flowers blooming nearly year round. It is an oasis within the City. You are 1 block from the SEPTA Tulpehocken Train Station, 4 blocks from... the Wissahickon Creek Park, and easy access to all major roadways. The property features 20 units and has a wonderful community feel with great tenants. I accept pets, but not dogs.
