-Verifiable monthly income of at least 3X the rent. This is based on Gross income across all tenants.
-A credit score of 650+ is preferred, but we might consider credit scores of 600+.
-Nothing in collections/past due is preferred, but might be considered depending on the types of accounts and the amount unpaid/outstanding.
-No prior evictions.
-No criminal record
-Not accepting Section 8 vouchers.


-We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application)
